Basic installation rates vary by product type and region. Basic installation does not include the cost of the product. Custom rates may apply to projects less than 250 sq. ft. Basic Installation covers installation of flooring, but does not cover other work that may be required to complete the project, including without limitation removal of existing flooring, installation of molding and transitions and subfloor preparation and/or repair. An independent contractor will assess your floor, take detailed measurements and provide a Shopping List and Installation Estimate.
The Lumber Liquidators installation service is coordinated by The Home Service Store, Inc. (HSS) or Lumber Liquidators Installation Services (LLIS), depending on location with installations provided by local, independent contractors. Not all products are available in all locations. Lumber Liquidators is licensed in Pinellas County, FL (C-10136). While HSS is not and does not act as the general contractor, in certain states or counties HSS is licensed or registered as a contractor.
